Eglsf provides environmental governance advisory, sustainability reporting frameworks, and green policy implementation support. All services are delivered based on a signed agreement that defines the specific deliverables, timelines, and fees. No service is provided without a written contract.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information necessary for the delivery of services, including data on emissions, resource use, and operational processes. Delays or inaccuracies in client-provided data may affect timelines and outcomes. Eglsf is not liable for results based on incomplete or incorrect client data.
All reports, frameworks, templates, and methodologies developed by Eglsf remain our intellectual property unless otherwise stated in the agreement. You receive a limited license to use deliverables for internal business purposes. You may not redistribute or resell our materials without prior written consent.
Eglsf’s liability is limited to the total fees paid for the specific service giving rise to a claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including lost profits, regulatory fines, or reputational harm. This limitation applies even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Either party may terminate an agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you must pay for all services rendered up to the effective date. Eglsf may terminate immediately if you breach these terms or fail to cooperate with reasonable service requirements.
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. For material changes, we will notify you via email.
